Meditation is a wonderful way to relax and find mindfulness. As part of our active meditation
class we clear the systems with movement and breathwork. Each session will include guided mediation
and an introduction to Yoga to encourage deep relaxation. The classes are suitable for
both beginners and experienced meditators. We come together in communion and support each other.
Shamanism is an ancient spiritual tradition involving the practice of energy medicine. It is
perhaps the oldest system in which people have sought connection. Shamanism addresses what goes
in between the hidden worlds and works within the natural path of life. This class explores how
we use shamanism in our everyday life and how with simple techniques and traditional tools.
A Pampamesayok is an Andean traditional medicine person who works within their community. The Path
of the Pampamesayok training is the final step towards becoming your own shamanic practitioner.
